Parmdeep Vadesha  

Parmdeep Vadesha started investing in property whilst working as a forklift driver at a crisps factory. Within three years he had become financially free from successful investments in property. He went on to build the UK’s largest and most successful community of property investors who buy cheap below market value properties.

Hanif Khan 

Hanif is a successful property investor and entrepreneur who owns a string of estate agents and lettings agencies. Hanif has bought and sold hundreds of houses and in order to be able to negotiate with lenders to reduce debt he set up his own debt management company. Hanif currently controls £4.45m of property using lease options secured on commercial property and land.

Richard Shepherd  

Richard is a successful property investor and has used lease options to form creative financing solutions for a couple of years now. Richard has built a property portfolio of over 50 properties and has earned thousands from lease options. Richard recently featured on a BBC programme on the ethics of property investing, he runs highly-acclaimed property investment workshops and many of Richard’s students are now experts in their own right.


Shimon Rudich

Shimon Rudich is the UK's leading lease options solicitor. Shimon has answered many of the more difficult legal questions surrounding lease options in terms of making them much more legally robust in the UK. Shimon is also a property investor in his own right so understands ALL of the issues faced by property investors from both an investor and a legal perspective.

Amer Siddiq

Amer is a seasoned property investor and is passionate about all aspects of property. He started investing in property in the late 1990's and has built his portfolio in the North West of England.

Amer is also a public speaker and regularly gives talks at the Property Investor Show, Landlord Show and other property/landlord related events about various aspects of property investment. He has also written much sought after property investment reports, which have provided investors with up to a 33% return in only 4 months.

Ramnik Singh

Ramnik has been involved in property since 2004 and has accumulated a wide range of skills which has enabled him to offer 'Deals Negotiations' services. He is regular in property networking scene. In addition, he is a full time property investor.


Matthew Moody

He began in property in 2003 and started buying HMO’s straight away. Prior to building his own businesses, Matthew spent eleven years working at senior levels in international companies in revenue management, pricing and marketing.

Matthew has spent the last 12 months creating and finely tuning a robust business system to allow him to continue buying properties whilst his current business virtually runs itself. This, together with his unrivalled experience with all types of HMO’s makes him the expert to go to for advice on building a cashflow-rich property portfolio.


Paul Galbraith

Paul is a full-time property investor and developer who over the last 10 years has built an extensive portfolio of residential property in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Paul became an accredited landlord with his local council & began renting houses to DSS tenants in September 2004. Due to the shortage of social housing, seeing the demand for this type of property & the ease of getting tenants quickly he decided to focus at the lower end of the housing market.

His expertise in the property game is second to none especially working with the local council.


Ranjan Bhattacharya

Ranjan began buying properties in 1990 and moved to full-time property investment in 2001. He invests in both residential and commercial property as well as acting as a developer and a provider of bridging financing facilities to other developers.

Ranjan Bhattacharya is a regular speaker at events such as the Property Investors Show and Home Buyers Show.


Vanish Patel

Vanish Patel, a very well known speaker, mentor, experienced investor, avid networker, goal-setting expert and a full time property investor. His property activities cover a wide range of deals from bridging and 100% development finance all the way up to multi-million pound developments in Kensington and Chelsea. He is the founder of the UK’s most respected property networking club.


Jim Haliburton

Jim Haliburton began buying property in 1991 and letting them to students, organising or doing the work on the property himself. In July 2003 Jim left his job as a College Lecturer and decided to invest in property full time. Jim now owns over 86 HMO’s / Multi-Lets with over 500 tenants. On top of this he has about 20 houses and flats which are let as single-lets. He is now acquiring properties using Lease Options and keeps on telling himself to stop accumulating property and consolidate his position, but anybody in the property business will know how difficult it is to stop buying once you have started!


Sarah Barrett

Sarah Barrett, is a property expert with a property portfolio of £18.3 million, which she set up with no money at all! She has conducted over 132 successful property deals across the country and helps people to find solutions that suit them, getting people both on and off the ladder. Sarah is more than your traditional property investor, not only does she act as both vendor and buyer, she believes the key to property is all to do with people and investing time in people with problems. She recently bought her dream home for £1.3million for £1 and has no mortgage on it!
